Sally, Samantha and Dryden
An appropriate handwritten note is in the mail. I had to write that the service on Saturday was such an amazing tribute to Sam. How he lived his life and the lessons he was always teaching. The words of comments and stories of things each have experienced in their lives with Sam I am sure brought a smile and grin to his face. He knows all of his teaching was not in vain.

Many people said it many ways, but clearly we know Sam was a great role model in showing us how to live. But the lesson he demonstrated to all of us showed that he had one more lesson to show in how to deal with adversity.

Among my many first thoughts this morning was envisioning you hanging by a garden house off the edge of the roof of the house as Sally pulled into the driveway.

Thanks to all of the family members and friends that shared their personal experiences with Sam....and I had to Google why Tupperware doesn't dry in the dishwasher, but you already knew that.
