You had mentioned being grateful for the care you were receiving in Iowa...a bit surprising to hear that Albuquerque lacks the facilities you need. I would have thought otherwise. But it is good to know that the recommended care is available in Phoenix. In the meantime, I am guessing that you will charm your students...being a sub isn't easy!!
Glad to hear things are going well, well except for the lack of medical professionals....that is a problem in so many parts of the country, especially here in Alaska. At least Phoenix isn't too far away from where you are!
