Sally, you are a woman of faith, grace and beauty. It has been a joy to worship together at CBTS. And we thank you and Ron for your huge part in the Easter Sunrise Service that we look forward to every year. And then there is tennis. Thank you for your tips and encouragement. You are loved!! I was truly saddened tonight to hear from Sherry about her beautiful mom’s devastating illness. I had the distinct honor of meeting Sally at a golf tournament at Palm Aire Country Club and I was immediately struck by her beauty, positive energy and passion for life. I was in awe of her seemingly boundless energy, both on and off the golf course. I recall so vividly her effervescence, her radiant smile and her great sense of humor. We laughed a lot that day. Sherry’s love and admiration for her mom was so obvious as she delighted in sharing her with us that day. It is a memory of the two of them that I will cherish and hold in my heart forever. Tonight Sherry shared with me that Sally’s time with us is growing short and asked for my prayers. My thoughts and prayers are with Sally and her entire family as they deal with this unfathomable loss. I feel so blessed to have been touched by this incredible woman. God bless.
