Beautifully written Sherry! It reminds me of what a priest said after mass last night, as he is dealing with a sister in the final stages of cancer. " God will perform one of 2 miracles, either a physical healing, or an eternal one, in either case, the pain will be gone, and she is ready" It had my mind drifting towards your beautiful, strong, God loving Mother.
