Father I don’t know you but I came across a post about you and it touched my heart … I am not in your congregation and I tend to call myself Batholic with alittle bit of catholic and a little bit of baptist in my blood lol … but I can tell you this much I love The Lord with all my heart and with that being said I will be in agreement with my friends and my family to pray to Jesus that you would have complete healing in Jesus’s name … I will never give up hope , I have grown up in hospitals and dealt with many things myself and in my family and my husband and I run a children’s foundation called Embrace Life Children’s Foundation and that is a big part of what we do with the patients we are blessed to work with … we have seen miracles that no one can explain ..so I tend to have extreme optimism , but as you know full well , we serve an Amazing God … so please know you have a whole cheering section down here in Florida , keep on keeping on Father , laughing , enjoying and praising Him through the storm . He is doing a great work in you as you continue you to inspire ! May God bless your happy , strong , and faithful heart ! God’s gotcha … but I don’t need to tell you that lol I think you already know this !

Fr. Ryan, you are in my prayers! You may not be able to speak much, but your writings are continuing your priestly ministry of teach us, your flock, thank you, in your time of trials, for continuing to teach us with love, wisdom & humility!

Your updates give us courage! I just came across your story & am grateful as it helps keep life in perspective. May God continue to give you peace & strength! Your message pointing souls towards Christ is strong! Thank You!

My youngest son, is 14. He's survived 6 open heart surgeries and travels from AZ to MA for his care. My momma heart is always in anguish BUT I've United it to Mother Mary's & My son is such a sweet, honest, kind boy, he never lost his trust in God thru it all. He loves super heros, Legos & fortnite! Lol

We just do the best we can, but couldn't do it with out God & the amazing priests He's put in our paths. I count YOU Fr. Ryan, as one of them!

Keep on trucking Father & know, you are so very much loved by many!

In Christ,
Robin

Thanks for encouraging us to read papal encyclical. If you have the desire, please read "The Pedagogy of Innocent Suffering." May Don Gnocci pray for you and all who suffer, publicly or in silence. Ave Maria.

The Gerngross family continues to pray for you unceasingly!
