Fr. Ryan,
We continue to pray for you daily and give thanks to God for holy priests like you! I hope you realize how profoundly you have affected the lives of many parishioners at POP, and how your soul and countenance reflect the face of Christ, especially to the penitent in Reconciliation.
Many prayers, thoughts and sacrifices are offered for you daily, Father.
My Aunt B. in Louisiana prays for you daily as well, and I have seen the divinely answered prayers of this Cajun Prayer Warrior. The Lord hears the cry of the poor, the widow, and the persistent; so she is the Trifecta!
Consider yourself covered, cared for and
greatly loved. šŸŒ¼šŸ’ššŸ’›šŸ’œšŸŒ¼

P. s. Im late on the name game, but how about Pio?
When said, the word sounds like P. O. ( portable oxygen)šŸ˜‹šŸ˜‡ā˜ŗļø ā€¦Or , My Padre, Pio?
*My husband votes for 02-D2, btw. I like it, too!

Father Ryan, You are a very holy and compassionate priest to think of others in your pain. We lift you up at all Masses and on Corpus Christi Sunday at Mass and offer Eucharist for your healing. Love your quote from JPII. We pray you will get your voice back and your pain subsides. We love you and praying Rosaries & Novenas, Sacred Heart of Jesus and St. Anthony of Padua for your healing. May God lift you up and remove all your pain we pray in His name. God bless and heal you! Ed & Candice

Father Ryan,
You are a remarkable young man and an awesome priest. You are so awesome in your shepherding, as though a seasoned priest. You impressed my husband, Greg, and me right from your first mass, presiding at Prince of Peace. We are praying for your healing. Please know we love and care about you and hope you will feel well and return to presiding at mass at Prince of Peace soon. We miss seeing you. May God heal and bless you in all things. ā¤ļøšŸ™ā¤ļø
Love your sense of humor and the O2-D2 choice!

Fr Ryan, Thank you for sharing with such humor and for just being real. Iā€™ve also felt called to suffer for souls, especially as I have watching my sweet mother pass away from the progression of dementia. I have been with her each night for 3 weeks in and out of the hospital. I was blessed to be in her presence as she slipped from this world to the next. Her suffering was not wasted! Nor was the suffering I endured while watching her. We love and serve a merciful God! Your humble acceptance of your own suffering will also work to bring many souls to Christ. Thank you, Fr Ryan! You remain in my prayers.

Praying for you immediately Fr. Ryan and also saying prayers of thanks for all you teach in your posts. Praying the tumor putting pressure on your vocal cords shrivels into a speck of dust offering comfort and a way for you to verbally share your insights about life, pain, healing and the way to make them so purposeful. Your spiritual reflection on pain will be with me for a while, maybe forever and only in the good way. Thank you for sharing Pope John Pauls words, "the purpose of suffering, as unfortunate and difficult as it is, is to bring forth compassion and a different type of love into the world." You are a good student:) Love and blessings!
