Dear Ruth, Sending you love from Ashland Ave. Your smile is a gift we all take with us. I hope you are reasonably comfortable and feeling the circle of friends around you.

Ruth, I hope that you can see from the windows of 274 the beautiful flowers blooming now in various places on Becketwood grounds. This is my favorite time of year visually when new growth on the ground and on the trees brings this intense, green color.

There's an SPCO concert tomorrow and I'm planning to go; I will be thinking of you when I'm there because I know how much you love music.

Dear, dear Ruth, We heard your news from Bob. We are wishing comfort and peace for you and we're sad we won't share that fish dinner we talked
about out so many times! (Or, can we?) We'd love to see you; let us know (through Annie?) if you are able. In the meantime, sending much love to you!

Dearest Ruth: It is now May 14, 2024. I have not seen you for several weeks, but you walk with me every day, and I trust in spirit you know I walk with you each day, as well. Your magnetism, and deep faith in God has penetrated so many people, Ruth, the world over, and I will always remember, too, how you and I became friends as we ministered to Lucille. She brought us together, Ruth. I shall always be thankful to her for that special time, and now there is the time with you, many years later and we are focused on YOU, loving Ruth, who has poured out her heart and her vessels of love for so many, as a teacher, a woman of faith, and a friend to all humanity. Abide in God, continuing your beautiful walk with all of us, as you help to teach us more about a Godly life on this earth. My heart is with you, Ruth, forever. Lovingly, Stephanie Gordon

Good morning, Ruth. You were my Mentor when I moved to Becketwood. The first night I was there, about 9pm, you took me to Abbott Emergency Room because I fell and hit my head on a bookcase. You stayed there with me until 1am or later. This is you, Ruth--always kind, positive, and supportive. Along with many others, I send my love and concern in this new chapter in your life.
