Russell had his first cardio therapy appt today and they told him he could return to work so tomorrow is his first day back since his heart attack at work on July 6th.
His recovery has been slow but steady. He has been doing lots of work on our Harvey rebuild since we’ve had so many contractor issues. He seems to be feeling a bit better these days and will attend cardio therapy for several months, 3 times a week. The doctor warned us that cardio therapy will exhaust him but he says he’s ready, lol! Thank you for all the positive thoughts and prayers, he’s truly blessed to have such wonderful friends and family.
