I am Russ Burnett's first cousin, Jane Spain Dower, offering a very belated condolence. We never met nor did I ever meet his Mom Blanche. I live in Poulsbo, WA just a ferry ride away from Seattle where I was born and raised. My father was Thomas W. Spain, brother of Blanche Spain. I communicated with Russ a bit as both of us worked on family history. Eventually I thought maybe he had just lost interest. I recently finished a Spain-Haney Family History book and thought that I should at least send an Ebook version to Russ. I searched on line and found that his gravesite had been added to findagrave.com in late summer 2023. Again, my condolences.
