Early Sunday morning around 3 am Ryan headed for Modesto to take dad to the hospital. He had been sick with a head cold for a few days and was getting worse and having shortness of breath. When it became apparent that he wouldn't make it to Modesto, they had to stop at Turlock. They brought out a wheelchair and dad disappeared into the hospital and that is the last we saw of him. Shortly after arriving he was sedated and put on a ventilator and we were told he is in very critical condition. He did test positive for Covid shortly after arriving.
