Yee ha!! So happy to hear you are out of the hospital. I am looking forward to seeing you soon, and am hoping you will still be able to come to the retreat!!
YAY!!!! I'm so glad you are doing well enough to leave the hospital! Just take things easy and do what the docs say! You know as well as I how you think you can do big miles on the AT and the trail teaches you some lessons that you can only learn the hard way. Don't learn those lessons the hard way!
