ROBERTSON, Rosalie M., age 73 passed away on April 2, 2022 at her home in Berkeley California. Beloved mother of Mattie Thea Robertson, grandmother of Mira Thea Barnette, mother-in-law to Mattie Barnette. Eldest daughter of Catherine Robertson & Malcolm Robertson (deceased), eldest sister to Craig, Rita Haase, Cecilia Antolik, Malcolm Jr., Theresa, Mary and Patrick, cherished auntie of Rain, Adam, Evan, and Zoe, and great-auntie to Jaxton and Riley Robertson. She earned her PhD in anthropology, working with the Quiche Maya in Guatemala, and with the Oneida Nation in Wisconsin, who became beloved family and friends. She had a long career in academic publishing in the social sciences at several presses, retiring from John Wiley & Sons (Wiley-Blackwell). 
Family will receive friends at a Celebration of Life to be scheduled later.
