Even if you did sound whiny (and you don’t), you are entitled! I don’t know if you remember the crass message on the card I sent you a while back, but this disease would take it out of anyone who has it or who loves someone who has it. I’m glad you’re able to admit how hard this journey is — you may be validating someone else who is struggling with their own difficult journey.

Kim, honey! You do NOT sound whiny at all! And if you did, it would not be unjust. I laughed at the Lane eye-roll comment. He is one of the people I miss in my "retirement". He was so helpful and always made me laugh! I'm glad to hear that exhaustion is the worst side effect of treatment. That is a blessing. Remember to take care of yourself while you are taking care of everyone else - I know that cancer affects everyone in the family. You all continue to be in my prayers! Love and hugs! Lynne
