Ron’s Story

Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.


As you may know, Ron was diagnosed with Liposarcoma in 2016.  After a lengthy surgery, the loss of one kidney and a long recovery...Ron was back to his old self.  Things have been good since then, Ron has traveled, gone fishing and played multiple rounds of golf.  Unfortunately, in early 2020 the cancer was determined to have come back.  However, Ron was unable to have surgery immediately due to COVID-19.  He has been patiently waiting for 6 months to have this surgery. Please feel free to visit this site often for updates on Ron's surgery and recovery.  Thank you - Amanda
