Ron! I have been out of town most of this year. Yesterday, I went to mass and learned the news which made me very sad. At the same time I felt very hopeful seeing how much all of us are coming together to do a chain of prayers. I can tell you that many of us truly care for you.
Hang in there! Big hug!

Dearest Ron, so sad to hear you are dealing with this disease . I always remember how you used to point to Jesus on the cross and say , " see this is what life looked like for Jesus". You taught me we were never promised a rose garden or a life that was full of only good things. It wasn't for Jesus and it wouldn't be for us. I love your letter to St. Anne's -- you encouraging us with your words.
I remember your bible teachings and think of you every Tuesday night when we have our study at St. Brendan's....you have the gift of teaching and reaching into our hearts with God's message. Doug and I will be praying daily with all who love you so.....I can't imagine there is MORE faith ahead for you.....you already " glow" so bright we need our shades😎❤ Stay positive , (and funny) and let us support you!
love and prayers,
Anne and Doug Chapman

Ron, Janice and I will continue to pray often for your healing. We have always been thankful for all you have done for us and for all of the people of St. Annes. I personally know how much you care and how hard you work for your parishioners. Our daughter, Jean, notified us of your condition after they prayed for you this morning at Sacred Heart in Bellevue. We know God does not give us more than we can handle, with his help. Know that we support you as you continue on your journey.

Ron, my favorite prayer is the Memorare. I will pray an extra one each day for the Virgin Mother to be by your side as you go through your recovery. All the best, Norman

Good Morning. Woke up this morning with the inspiration that the "Caring Bridge" info is probably posted on the Parish Website. And it is!!! (I'm glad I don't have to find it on Facebook or Twitter). Keeping you in my prayers everyday. Working on trusting - always a challenge for me. Grateful to hear that you are feeling our love. Mother Church would like you to know that she would have appreciated it if you would have waited until AFTER Easter. Your fellow Holy Land pilgrims are feeling lost without their leader but are scrambling to make it work. Mike is stepping up. Hang in there. Much love. Monica

Hello and best wishes, Ron!
I fondly remember your time at St. Brendans and the fantastic apologetics journey you started me on back in 1998. I can honestly say you changed the trajectory of my life and I am grateful. May God bless you through this journey with great doctors, great treatments and great results!
