All my sympathy from a fellow Bible Major at Belhaven in the class of 73. Fond memories of Doc Parrish, always joyous. May God bless your family during this time, it was a long, hard road for you all to travel. Susan Harville Bloise, France.

As Terry said, “Ron was a good and faithful servant” and our Lord and Savior graciously opened heavens gates for him to enter into eternity. What a blessing for all to witness. AMEN

So much we didn’t know. What I did know I respected and tried to emulate. He could tell you the truth straight forward without being offensive. What he and Donna gave to us personally this last year we will always be thankful for. I know several others in the church who have experienced his conduit of Gods love for His flock. We are so sad that we missed the services, If we can help just let us know, we’re close and available.

Dear Matt, thank you for your faithful updates over the last few months.
Dear Donna, and your family, we are heart broken for y’all. Your family prayed and worked so hard to get Ron back in good health. Y’all were true warriors on his behalf.
We know that ‘Doc’ has been received in heaven and his pain and suffering is done. We covenant to pray for you and your family as you grieve your great loss. We will pray for comfort, strength, and peace. .
It was an honor to know him at Belhaven and Reformed Theological Seminary. He loved and served God well.
I live in the Lake Oconee area if there is ever anything that I can do the family.
Prayers and God’s Blessings. 🙏❤️

Viewed the service via YouTube. Exceedingly lovely. In my old age forgot how “Doc” was, indeed, always running as a youngster thru town. Others walked - Ronnie ran! So it was no wonder that he was always 10 paces ahead! What a wonderful tribute the service was to my Greensboro and GCHS Class of 1969 friend. We WILL see each other in eternity!
