Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting. Dad came in for a routine biopsy of his spleen, after the procedure, he had been waiting in the recovery room when his blood pressure dropped dramatically and had to be rushed into emergency surgery to remove his spleen completely because he was losing a lot of blood and fast. He is now in the St. Vincent ICU until he stable enough to be moved to a regular room.

Saturday morning

Dad was moved lastnight to a regular room on the 6th floor...room 614. He is still in alot of pain, says this is the worst yet. Uncle Keith has spent the early morning hours with him. He will be back later. Dad is reastng now so he can watch the cat/griz game on t.v. later.
