This is difficult to write. Ron died yesterday afternoon around 4:00 p.m. He had just two bad days with a GI upset. But of course having been diagnosed with small cell lung cancer in mid 2019, and then developing Parkinson's disease after that, these have been some hard years. He was under hospice care for almost a year and a half all of which were in a bed in our family room. Those of you who knew him well will always remember that he was kind, loving, funny and generous with his time. He loved his kids and grandkids and he loved me! We were married 39 years. Thanks to everyone for your visits, calls, cards and prayers. Our family will continue to need your prayers for some time to come.
