Robert, Ronald and Richelle, your dad was truly an amazing man. He was strong in his beliefs and always fought for what he knew was right. What you saw was what you got. I always loved that about him. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed.

I am truly sorry for your loss. May all of your wonderful memories help to bring you peace during this difficult time. Know that he is no longer in pain and is at peace. Know that you are all in my prayers and thoughts.

Thank you Ron, for being a part of my life.
I knew him from St Paul Public Schools. Many of us worked closely with Ron during desegregation of our schools. My heart is heavy and sad to know that he has passed on. He is/was a man who truly believed in “the village” and helping others. Here’s my story and why he has always been in my heart. One day ( back in the days) I walked into his office and during one of our conversations, very long conversations , I mentioned my disappointment of not having the highest of test scores to get into grad school at the University of Minnesota. Without hesitation, Ron picked of the phone, called someone at the U of M, set me up to meet with a professor and before I knew it, I was in! I completed grad school obtained my principal license and eventually became a principal. Ron was a champion for education. Many of us saw him pour through his law books, constantly studying to meet his goal of becoming a lawyer. He was fun, laughed often (I can hear his voice), smart, cared deeply about others, very blunt and in my case he has held a special place in my heart. My condolences, thoughts, prayers, and love to Ron’s family during this difficult time. Praying for you. God bless.

So sorry to hear of Ron's passing. I was just talking with a co-worker about when Ron and I worked together at 360. He was great to work with and we shared some good conversations. May you find comfort in you memories and knowing that he is at peace,

Richelle, Rob, Ron, and Grandchildren...my heartfelt sympathy. Memories of you Dad and Grandfather will remain with us forever. He cared deeply for humankind and spent many hours of his life trying to serve and help others. As much as we loved him, God loved him best. I join you in sharing and cherishing so many wonderful memories. I will see you at the celebration of his life on Tuesday.
