Roger’s Story

Site created on July 1, 2018

June 30th started as a typical Saturday morning, 7:45 Roger is heading out to play tennis and I would enjoy sleeping in. Morning was approaching 10:30 knowing Rog would be home shortly I figured it's time to get outside to start getting some work done.  With garage door open, dogs heading to the driveway I knew I better get to stepping up my pace or those dogs would be gone. Few  steps onto the driveway I was met by two Blaine Police Officer.  One knows when this happens it's not going to be good.  All they could tell me was Rog suffered a medical
condition on the tennis court.  Blaine Police not only drove me to Mercy Hospital they made certain I was with Rog before leaving and this is where our new journey in life began.......

Journal entry by Paulette Rickey

Roger is out of surgery and doing good. All went as planned except for a minor discover of a cyst in his liver.  If you have seen Roger recently you may have noticed a yellow tint to his skin. Cyst maybe the cause.

Should be good to go home sometime tomorrow.

As for cyst, that’s for another day.

Let the healing begin.

Hugs to all.
