Newest Update

Journal entry by Sammi Puett

Today they increased to 100% on the Bipap, although they did turn some of the other settings back. He is able to eat and drink some while the nurse is in the room. They are watching his oxygen closely.  He is still getting the xanax for anxiety, which is good. Not being able to breathe well causes people to have so much anxiety. His blood pressure has been good today,  they gave him some lasix to get rid of some fluid build up. They didn't get to talk to the doctor today about the plasma, so they are going to do that tomorrow.  His chest x-ray showed some pneumonia and inflammation. Keep praying.  We need all the help we can get. We don't have much wiggle room on this BiPap now that we are at 100%.
