My dear Family and Friends, this evening Bob went home to be with the Lord Jesus Christ and to be reunited with his sister Marlene and hopefully many other family members who have preceded him.  Bob had a great day yesterday with the strength to take a shower, play a dozen or more games of FreeCell, which is something he loved to do and hasn’t done since becoming sick, then slept soundly through the night.  This morning was the day the Lord had chosen for him 79 years ago and he slipped peacefully into His arms.  Northeast Georgia Hospice lived up to their great reputation and provided all the care and resources necessary to make Bob’s transition from life to Life as comfortable as possible.  May God continue to bless the work of their hands.
