Journal entry by Linda Beukema —
It has been awhile since I have updated so here goes.
This week Bob had a CT Scan to see how cancer is doing. ALthough all of the lesions have increased, the size is minimal according to Dr.Campbell. We discussed the pain he has in the rib area, as he continues to break ribs. He is going to set up radiation on the ribs and thinks this is going to give him a lot less pain. PTL this is a big answer to prayer.
Dr. Campbell also decided to increase the dosage of the chemo drug he is on now and see if that stops the progression of cancer. We see him again in 3 weeks to see how Bob is tolerating the increase.
We left Dr. Campbell feeling very encouraged and blessed that there are still things we have available for us. God has always been with us in each new development and we know that our Jesus will continue to be with through every day and every trial. Praising our Lord.
