Hi all.  Some good news today.  Because Robbie seems to be reacting well to the TKI drug she has been getting and because her blood counts continue to improve she will be discharged tmw😊. 2 days early!
she’ll spend two weeks at home continuing to get chemo and then she will be readmitted on October 30.  At that time she will start another drug: Hyper C Vad (?).   She’ll get one cycle for 4-5 days and cycle b for 7-10 days.  I believe that she will be very vulnerable to infection during this stint.  The goal is that the Leukemia will be in remission at the end of this process The  trick at this point is to keep it in remission - but we’re going one step at a time. Robbie is in good condition and follows every Dr instruction as if one of the 10 commandments, so she will give it the best shot possible.
Robbie is in reasonably good spirts - misses everybody (especially the babies).  Once she’s home text her if u want to visit, but no one with any type illness or infection.
Thanks to everyone for all. Your kind words and positive thoughts.
Love to all.
