Wow... this really is the end of an era. It must feel so strange to no longer be a homeowner in Mexico after being there for so many years. The last time I saw you was at your apartment in Mexico City when my family took over the place when you were gone. Obviously, so much has changed since then!
I'm grateful that you pulled through your cancer treatment (even with remission still requiring a watchful eye), are taking good care of yourself, have a nice house in NJ and taking care of your affairs. All an emotionally and physically demanding process!

I was just in PR a few weeks ago closing on my mom's home. Beside the physical toll there's the emotional part that can be taxing. I refuse to blame my age. At least not yet.
