Site created on June 30, 2018

Welcome to Mariana's story. This little girl will shortly be 6 years old. She struggles daily with cerebral palsy and the pain from it. This angel of a soldier fights daily to walk. May 21st, 2018, she underwent and extensive surgery on her spine to reduce the spastic tension in her legs ans to eliminate her pain. Mariana is super smart and extremely determined. She hasn't  let her diagnosis stop her from doing anything. Any donations made will go to help support Mariana and her amazing family during their hospital stay. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.

It's been almost 2 months from surgery and Mariana is progressing real good, we still using the wheelchair but not as often, she's starting to walk on her own, placing her feet the correct way. That's makes me really happy! (Mirielys -mom)
The progress Mariana has made has been in such a short amount of time but so quick! She is extremely detetmined to put this behind her like it never happened! She still has some residual pain in her leg but she is still on medication for that. The pain is subsiding and that is what her family could hope for!
