had a great Labor Day with church at Martial Cottle Park. It was perfect California weather. Rick is still using the wheel chair out but getting stronger every day!

Spent the day in Monterey and enjoyed the beautiful coast. So refreshing and time away was really needed. Rick is using the thicker less and less. His swallowing is so much better.

He WALKED into church last night using his cane! Wow, he is moving slowly and carefully. Shout out to Kelly, OMG! She is right there by his side, gently tending to his needs and lovingly pushing him right along, especially when he needs a little tug.
