On Friday, August 30th Rick and Janette were walking to the car and Rick fell after getting dizzy. When he got back in his seat, he became unresponsive and required CPR. He was taken to Rush-Copley Aurora hospital after suffering a “non-cardiac arrest”. He is currently in the ICU and in critical condition after suffering another “non-cardiac arrest” in the early hours of August 31st. We (Rick's wife and daughters) will be updating this CaringBridge website with his condition. 

Rick is a generous and loving family man who desperately needs your prayers.

The girls and I were going through pictures and cards today. I have a stack of cards that Rick gave me for Mother’s Day, our anniversary and my birthday. My heart. It breaks.💔 He adored our daughters and me UNCONDITIONALLY.

In one of his Mother’s Day cards he wrote...”My biggest prosperity on earth is to have you and my children by my side”...”Yes I am a wealthy man’...
.
I’m sure I didn’t deserve him, but the Lord gave him to me for almost 32 years and for that I’ll be forever grateful.🙏🏼
