Hi Nena, I haven't logged in for quite some time, but it was nice to check in and read your update. Even though I don't see you often, I was reminded of Reese the other day. We were in the waiting room at Polinksy. I saw Reese's board and my daughter really enjoyed it! I told her about our connection through work. Hugs to you.

Hi Nena … we think of you and your family often. We go back many years since you and Andrew met in kindergarten. Your life has taken you on a very unexpected journey that had been extremely difficult.. one that none of us expected. You were definitely the best parents that Reese could have had. His life was short, but under the circumstances, you gave him the very best life that he could have ever had. You need to congratulate your selves for that. You continue to be in our thoughts and prayers.

Hi Nena, I spoke of Reese (and you) today while in the waiting room at Polinsky. I was talking with a mom (who I don't know) and a couple other small children came in. They noticed Reese's board and went to play with it, telling us the colors, pulling on the handle-type things. :) I told them (also the other mom) Reese's story - too bad I didn't realize it was his birthday (or near)! They were appreciative and I always smile remembering about our time with you, and the few chance meetings I had with Reese. Hang in there - thank you for continuing to post your family's story.

Hi Nena, What a pleasant surprise to see your post pop up in my email box today. I love hearing how you guys are doing after all of this time. Life moves fast, that is about the only thing for certain, isn't it? Nice to see your words. Take good care.
