The tumor was analyzed in further details by CeGat and we found PD-L1 expression, FGFR3, TACC3, 24 peptides and MHC1 expression
Any chance I can ask you what this means? It seems that peptide vaccine and checkpoint inhibitors might help with these expressions?
Rebecca, you are an inspiration and quite frankly finding you has been our miracle. See, just a few days over 4 weeks ago I brought my wife into the hospital for high blood pressure and confusion. We thought she was having a stroke. After an emergency CT scan the doctor assured us she didn't have a stroke, but instead a golf ball size tumor in her brain. Here we were expecting to go home with a prescription for high blood pressure medication. Nope. Just a leisurely trip to the Mayo Clinic. Turns out that my wife's tumor was also Glioblastoma. She had it removed and then the fight was on. But where was our guidance? It's like the "B" team came trotting out with crap solutions. And then one day a friend of ours sent us a link to this website that was about this young woman who was battling the same cancer as my wife, and was winning! See, you are our miracle because you forged a path of hope for us. You already did all the heavy lifting and provied us with the best leads to the best doctors with the best treatments. We were late in the game, and would have headed down the wrong path had you not appeared in our life when you did. God is truly good. We've met with Dr. T & Dr. Duke and will be working with them for my Wife's treatments. We've also been in contact with Germany.
