I was so very lucky to have Mona as my best friend for so many years. The memories continue to rush through my mind, each bringing tears and smiles I was lucky to become close friends with her and Mike’s family....such good people. Was she not just the greatest friend, sister, daughter, wife and mother!! She taught me so many things, that I still rely on today. I think it’s comforting to know that she knew how many people loved and cared about her, Mike and each of you kids and grandkids. All my love to all of you,

I am so sorry to hear about your Mom. She was a kind and caring person. Please know that all the family will be in my prayers during this difficult time.

I have told Ron , my husband , that I was so blessed to have been able to see Ramona earlier this year. Even though she was in the hospital at that time she still gave me that “Mona smile” and I saw once again the twinkle in her eyes. My family was blessed to have the wonderful memories that were shared with the Visse’s . Ramona is and will always be a special friend that will forever be in my heart. I will miss her beyond words.

That was perfectly said she would have wanted a party to celebrate her and her life. I think your right we did get our miracle by having more time. We all thought last summer myself included that we were losing her, and to get more time and one more with her and even one more Christmas with her was our miracle. It may not have been the miracle we wished for her to still be with us but was a miracle in its own way.
