You worded it so well. Death is as real as life. Quentin's passing "early in life" is for a reason God only knows. But God has a plan. Thanks for sharing and keep looking to Him .đź©·

Dear Darlene and family - Thank you for sharing, the so beautifully written and from your heart message. Showing your passion for God and sharing Jesus, so many others will join your very missed husband in Heaven when we reach the appointed time. What Quentin would have desired and what we know your ministry is all about. We continue to pray for you and the girls, in laws, grandkids, extended family, etc... as life has so drastically changed. We love you!

My heart continues to hurt for you and your family. Thank you for being vulnerable and honest in this post. You’re faith in God still shines brightly, even in the midst of your struggles to understand the “why” question. Quentin is missed greatly by so many people, but no one more than you and your girls. You all continue to be in my thoughts and prayers.

Continued prayers for you and your family Darlene! It’s so hard to believe that Quentin is no longer here. I have many fond youth group memories of Quentin. We are so sorry we were not able to be at the services. We were on a trip out west. You all continue to be in our thoughts and prayers May God give you a peace beyond all understanding. Love and prayers.

Thank you Darlene for sharing your very difficult journey, the raw feelings and questions, the big void in your life as Quentin has gone on to Heaven!! But you also shared so beautifully about knowing he’s in Heaven and you will be with him someday worshiping God in ways we can only imagine now!!
Also sharing how we can become a child of God and know for sure that we will go to Heaven when we die!!
Praying for you and your
family!! ❤️❤️🙏

Beautiful, difficult, inspiring, teary-eyed- thank you for sharing your heart. I think of you and your journey through the valley with Quentin, and am encouraged to follow your example as I support my sister through her brain cancer journey. She and I both know that it is only with God's strength that we get through each day. We are continuing to pray for you and your family!

Thank you Darlene for sharing......it took me back about 53 years ago when my husband (Harold) passed away in an accident. Your thoughts, feelings and emotions are so right for the journey you are on! The bright spot in all this is that God is walking with you and will not allow you to grieve more than His mercy and love can/will carry you through. He is faithful. May your day be peaceful.
