My memories of Peter Phillips go back a long way. We were little kids together-then teens, where Peter could have died in a drag race in his 442 olds. Then adults and finally senior citizens.
Do I miss him? You bet! Mine and Judy’s prayers are with Carole and Brad and Mark’s families. Stay strong, as you know Peter would have wished . The whole Lewis Family feels your pain.....Love, David

My tears have had to clear before I could send my words to you on your loss. Peter was so strong and the leader of your “pack”. He taught you all the word for family and strength. He would be very proud of you all the way you have carried each other through this struggle. Peter will be missed, but not forgotten. I can still hear his laugh and love of life’s adventures. His loss is felt by all who knew him.

My brother, David, shared the sad news with us last evening... our hearts and prayers go out to surround you all. So glad to hear you were able to be by his side during his finally moments. I met Peter when I was probably 6 or 7 years old -he has been a part of our neighborhood stories all my life. He will be missed! Will consider something to do "inappropriate" in honor of him soon. I have been waiting to hear this news for the last couple of weeks. I’m so sorry you had to make this decision but I don’t know what else you could’ve done. None of us want to live like that. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
