Quick update:  After the visit to the ENT at Dartmouth Health, I have turned the corner.  With a stronger antibiotic and a course of steroids, I am beginning to hear again.  Thank God!! I've cleaned my office, the sun is out and the world looks brighter.  Hurray!  Thanks as always for the wonderful support.
