Peggy’s Story

Site created on July 8, 2018

On Monday, July 1, 2018, Peggy fell and broke her hip in Texhoma.  The  ambulance took her to Guymon and then she was transferred to Canadian Valley Integris Hospital in Yukon.  Wednesday, July 3,  Peggy had surgery to repair her broken hip;  Friday July 5, she was transferred to ICU so that she could be monitored more closely since she has not awakened up from the anesthesia.

July 8 - First Update:  Not a lot of change today. She is still calm & her vitals are good. They took her for a CT scan to see if she might of had a stroke. Clarification: she has a “shadow” on her lungs, not full blown pneumonia. She had this when she arrived.
