- A favorite recipe of yours that is more basic (not complicated and basic flavors - my diet is much blander these days)
- Saltine crackers, graham crackers or bears, luna protein bar chocolate mint, rold gold thin pretzels (that's the only one that isn't too dry for me), microwave kettle or homestyle popcorn (not buttered), goldfish crackers
- snack sizes & individual packets are great to have with me when I'm out of the house & to stash at my bedside
- "Tums" or other brand of chewable antacid in assorted fruit flavor
- Soft adult manual toothbrush
- Natural or organic unscented hand soap (like Method - not sure if natural is the right word)
- Unscented hand lotion
- Lip Balm
- Unscented wet wipes
- Unscented hand sanitizer (travel size)
- Nexcare "painless" bandaids
