Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.

As many of you know Paul was diagnosed at the end of January 2020 with Stage 4 Kidney Cancer. The cancer is extremely aggressive and has metastasized through several other places within his body including the liver, lungs, and lymph nodes to name a few.

This unexpected and drastic change in health made him leave a job he loved at Simonets Bar and so many friends and family he used to see regularly. I hope this site finds everyone well and gives the ability to check the status of his condition. As well as a place for family and friends to support one another.

Just taking a moment to update anyone who checks this site. I haven’t posted much because I never seem to know where we stand. However now it is safe for me to say we are very near the end of my dads journey. 
My mom and I have had some very long, stressful days since Thursday. My dad has basically been in bed since then and showing all of the signs of what is coming. Every day though he still manages to wake up but is more confused and weak than the day before. At this point I just need as many prayers as possible for him to find the peace he needs to let go. His room in heaven is almost ready.
