Paula’s Story

Site created on April 14, 2019

Our friend, Paula Turner, badly broke her arm on Saturday, April 6th on her farm. She was rushed to UNC hospital where orthopedic doctors treated the break and put a cast on her arm. Needless to say, she will need substantial help on her farm these next few weeks because she’ll essentially only have use of one arm. If you can help with light farm chores (providing hay for horses, and feeding chicken and ducks), she would GREATLY appreciate it. It takes about 45 minutes to leisurely complete said chores. So, the chores are indeed light. Unfortunately, T Thoughts and prayers are appreciated, but farm chores need an extra set of hands twice a day as well. Thanks in advance for your thoughts, prayers, and helping hands. Any and all help is welcomed and appreciated

For those looking to make food for Paula, she is not vegetarian and doesn’t have any major dietary restrictions.
