Dear Paula,
I’m Brassband on Ravelry and also a uterine Ca survivor, so far. My 18 month checkup shows higher readings & being investigated. My Dana Faber brilliant doctor is reassuring. I’ll share her message to me with you... “we all here for you no matter what, do no let your mind go to that ‘dark place’!” Perhaps this thought will strengthen you too. We are blessed with inspiring dedicated healers & so many holy thoughts and prayers.
I’ve followed you, dear Piper, and you always helped my knitting efforts, but mostly with your inspiration, like that so brave and wonderful journey to Iceland!
What vistas then and now new exciting adventures you’re having in the knitting world. Often Thinking about you and your posted lovely family,. With love, Pat
I'm so happy you are doing well. It's so heart warming to see sisterly love! Sisters are a true blessing. I'm glad the mouth sores are doing better. When my husband was going through Chemo, they gave him and entire glass of ice chips to eat before they started the drip with the medication that caused the mouth sores. It seemed to help him tremendously. My prayers are with you Paula. Your strength and faith is amazing!!! Big hugs to Gayle and Bob.
Your family is such a BLESSING! Love this story. Happy too that old fashioned medicine cured your mouth sores. Hang in there, friend. So many good days ahead. Xxoo and a big hug to Gayle and Bob.
Good to hear! I am glad you are tolerating this well and that the mouth sores are gone. Keep it up,with the baking soda, etc. It was amazingly helpful to me when undergoing chemo for pancreatic cancer. Keep up the good fight. I am now a four year survivor. I never expected to still be,here, but God has preserved me for some purpose. I feel he is not yet done with you either.
