Post surgery update!
This was my fifth and final procedure for the cancer in my left breast.
Because I’ve had sensitivity to silicone, I knew a breast implant was not right for me, so I opted for the flap reconstruction. The mastectomy and flap reconstruction last March left some lumps, this surgery was to make sure I had symmetry (bras are not made for two different sized breasts) and to even out the abdominal flap surgery where they had removed part of my belly fat to create a new breast.
So, here’s to a successful recovery!
