Pat had a follow up EGD (scope) last Thursday which revealed NO remaining signs of the ulcer (referred to by his new doctor as a Cameron lesion)!  They took additional biopsies which also came back negative. He continues to gain his strength and was cleared to return to work today! All things considered, his healing and recovery could not be going better. He will continue to check in with the gastroenterologist regarding his hiatal hernia, but there are no immediate procedures needed.
