Journal entry by Katy Rudolph —
Wow, it’s been 3.5 months since I posted on here. I am here with a happy report that Patrick’s MRI was positive today!
Today, two years ago, we received the diagnosis that Patrick had a golf ball size tumor in his brain and that they’d have to do an emergency drain to relieve the pressure… as you can imagine, our feelings of anxiety were through the roof today as we prepared for Patrick’s scans. He is a year out from treatment and two out from that dreaded day. He is doing so incredibly well and will be starting kindergarten in the fall. He walks, runs, talks, and is a little boy full of fun energy…so different from 2 years ago! Thanks for always thinking of us… until the next update- thank you for your kindness, positivity, and prayers!
