Hello Everyone,
Karen and I hope you are doing well. We wanted to share our latest news of my cancer journey. Last Thursday, January 13, I had a CT scan to measure any change in the growth of the cancer. This week we received the great news that indeed the chemo treatment has made a positive impact. The cancer spots on my lungs and growth on pancreas have reduced in size. In addition, what growth that was on my liver is now gone. SO.... Thank you for your prayers and the blessings of Christ, my cancer is shrinking!
What’s next? The short term treatment plan is for me to receive another four rounds of this rigorous chemo regimen which, if successful, will hopefully continue to shrink the cancer. Then we will adjust to a “maintenance” chemo regimen that will be more tolerable allowing me to lead a more normal life.
See some pics below of us getting out and enjoying some of the local surroundings
Again, we thank you all for your support in the form of texts and prayers.
Your prayers make a big difference!
God bless and stay warm.
Karen and Patrick
