Good morning. Thank you for all the love and good wishes on my Facebook page! It means so much in helping to heal.
I must say, one never gets much rest in a hospital when every four hours they are checking your vital signs and poking and prodding. Also I have a roommate and she’s on a completely different time check than I am. Will be glad to get home and in my own bed.
I made it through the six hour surgery and five hours in recovery but I am honestly afraid to to look at my new norm underneath all these bandages. Each time I have had surgery my body changes and I look different, clothes don’t fit the same and I realize how much I miss what God gave me.
