Today is the one-year anniversary of Pam’s Life on earth. I intentionally did not write “death” as death appears to have so much finality associated with it. And for those who have put their faith in Jesus and received him in their heart, death has no victory! “…Death is swallowed up in victory. O death, where is your victory, O death where is your sting?” 1 Corinthians 15:54-55. There is life after death!! Pam is celebrating her one-year anniversary with the Lord and is alive today with her Heavenly Father!
“So, we are always confident and know that while we are at home in the body we are away from the Lord. For we walk by faith, not by sight, and we are confident and satisfied to be out of the body and at home with the Lord.”
2 Corinthians 5:6-8
While Pam was on this earth, she was….
- A ray of sunshine and always filled the room with her beautiful smile
- A wonderful mother who loved Alex and Austin unconditionally
- A devoted daughter who loved her parents and stepfather with a pure love
- A sweet sister who cherished her brother and sister-in-law
- A beautiful and loving wife who gave me 30 wonderful years of marriage and I am eternally grateful
- A devoted follower of Jesus
- A great listener and nurturer
- An awesome friend who always made others feel better about themselves
- An absolute joy to be around
- The life of a party, a great dancer and always having a good time
- A blessing to so many others in life and her vocation
- A phenomenal worker and helper
- Teacher - Pam taught me so much!
- A child of God
In heaven….
- She is in her eternal home
- She is redeemed
- She is reconciled
- She is with her Heavenly Father
- She has no ailments
- No more tears
- No pain
- No suffering
- Her joy has been made complete
- She is with her heavenly family
- She is eternally secure
- SHE IS ALIVE!!!
Pam was, is, and always will be a treasure to those around her on earth and in heaven. She made you smile and was such a bright light while she was with us. We love you and miss you and look forward to seeing you again soon!
