Journal entry by Jeri Walter

REMARKABLE is the key word in describing Pam's journey through this month long ordeal.  July 14, 2018 Pam was admitted to Sanford Health for a massive heart attack with 4 blockages.  Pam went through cardiac surgery, remained at Sanford ICU and received care there until she was able to be transferred to Sheyenne Crossings Transitional Care for Cardiac Rehab.

Monday, August 13, 2018 Pam was seen by her cardiologist at Sanford Health for follow-up.  The cardiology team was impressed with her progress!!!  The cardiologist admitted to her that her condition was very critical and her outcome did not look good when she was admitted. Due to God's will, her strong will and the brilliant care at Sanford Health in Fargo, Pam was RELEASED from Sheyenne Crossings on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 and is with her sister Jeri in Fargo.

Pam's sister Holly flew in today (August 15th) from Oregon and the two of them will be driving back to Montana tomorrow, August 16, 2018.  Pam will continue cardiac rehab in Montana.  Although, her family and friends don't want to see her leave North Dakota, we are so relieved and happy that Pam will be seeing her Montana family and friends soon.  God has a PLAN!

Please WISH HER WELL in her recovery!!!!
