Pamela,
So good to hear about your progress. Little by little, you are getting there. You are working thru it. You go girl!

Oh Pamela, what a chapter God has been writing! I’m thankful for the good progress, for your honest reflection, and for your trust in God’s faithfulness even in the liminal times. Sending love and prayers, Laura

"... know that I am very familiar with having a dark night of the soul."--quoting you. These times are most painful because one does not know where one stands with God, one feels abandoned, deserted. One's mind, spirit and soul become totally weak, helpless. One's physical strength even leaves one, so that one cannot even stand up or roll over in bed.
This extreme depression is recognized and acknowledged by God. See Psalms 73:26 "My mind and my body may grow weak, ..."--quoting from the "Today's English Version" also known as the "Good News Bible". This translation is different from all the other translations and it expresses an actual state of the physical body and mind which some people experience, which state is not described in other translations or which use words which are more vague or of a general nature, or which focus on other 'states' of the mind or types or degrees of depression and hopelessness.
You will be ok.

Pam, I am very happy to hear about the healing that has already taken place and that you are on track for even more healing in the weeks and months ahead. Thank you for sharing so openly and meaningfully about your journey, too. Your positive attitude and faith-frame (as I like to call it) are hugely significant for you and very inspiring to me. Thank you. Thank you for being you and sharing yourself with us so freely. I can hardly wait to see what God will create and produce within this current liminal space and beyond. You are in my prayers.
