Nilyiah’s Story

It is with great despair, continued disbelief, and profound sadness that our sweet girl Nilyiah Mae passed from this world at 10:30PM, July 3rd, 2021.  She was in a car accident on June 30th and received a traumatic brain injury which she could not recover from.  Her closest people were all around her, hands on her body, sending prayers and love, when we took her off of life support and her spirit left her body.  A glimmer of light in the darkness is that her death has saved 3 lives in the hours after she breathed her last, as her kind heart had always wished to be an organ donor.

We would appreciate you sharing your remembrances of who Nilyiah was to you, and what you shared.  We will update this page periodically as we can during our greiving process.   We intend to select a few organizations that were important to her, where donations can be made in her memory.
