Newest Update

Journal entry by Brittany Frank

Just a quick update for everyone.

I had another appointment with Northwestern on Thursday, and overall it went really well. We met with a new physician and she has absolutely no explanation how a brain abnormality was obviously there and miraculously switched to normal. Her words were “this is extremely strange”. Everyone is a bit skeptical but we’re continuing to remain positive.

They were very adimit that I attempt to get to Northwestern if I start labor early. The only reason we are not to make the commute is if I think I may deliver on the side of the road. Otherwise, we need to get to Chicago. Nobody so truly convinced that baby will be born without issues.

As far as my health goes, I am extremely uncomfortable but so far, there’s been no signs of preterm labor. Every 2 weeks I get checked just to be sure. Next step is the dreaded glucose test and a tour of Northwestern Prentice Women’s Hospital.

Praying for no negative changes 😊

Xoxo
