Journal entry by Steve Calhoun —
Dad’s not doing so great right now. He’s been in a Memory Care facility for a few weeks now. He was diagnosed with Dementia about 1 year ago and it’s been a pretty slow progression down until about 6 weeks ago. He’s comfortable and seems at peace. We’re not sure how long he has left here but it doesn’t seem long.
Keep him in your thoughts and say a little prayer for him to just let go.
His very good friend, Arthur Williams, came to say prayers with us today. It was a beautiful thing to see one friend taking care of another. Thanks Arthur.
Peace all.
